The path that brought me here.
My journey into wellness was personal. It was my own path through struggle that taught me true wellbeing isn't created through pressure. It emerges when we begin to understand ourselves: our bodies, our energy, our patterns, and the rhythms we live within.
When we stop trying to fix ourselves and start understanding ourselves.
I draw on my lived experience (years of teaching, competing as a triathlete, working as a holistic weight management consultant, and practising as an energy healer) to support others who feel lost, overwhelmed, or misaligned. My deepest passion is in nurturing the space for you to reconnect, take root, and bloom in your own unique way.
Today I guide people through pathways that reconnect movement, nourishment, reflection and energetic awareness, helping them create lasting change in a way that feels aligned rather than forced.
