The Interval Timer was Ian's first app -the project that taught him to code and sparked everything that followed. What began as a simple training tool built out of personal need grew into a working prototype, and eventually into the foundation of a much larger vision.
This version has been refined and rebuilt, but the spirit remains the same: a clean, focused tool that does one thing well and stays out of your way while you train.
