I am the person I once needed, and now I support others who feel lost, overwhelmed, or misaligned. My deepest passion is in nurturing the space for you to reconnect, take root, and bloom in your own unique way.
Through my own journey of growth and healing, alongside my background as a competitive triathlete, teacher, weight management consultant, and energy healer, I've learned that the most powerful and lasting change happens when we honour the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. This understanding shaped my approach to health, weaving together nutrition, movement, rest, natural wellness, spiritual practices, self-discovery, and meaningful connection.
